Low chance: Hearing the heartbeat is a good sign that you will not miscarry. The risk really drops off after 12 weeks, but it sounds like you are in good shape. Congrats!

Fetal heart develop: The heart is the first organ to develop in the fetus. The critical period of heart development is 20 to 50 days. That being said 80 % of miscarriages occur in the first 12 weeks. The fact that you are at 11 weeks is a good sign.
