I have had an ultra sound n it says a homogenous isoechoic nodule measures3.4x4mm is seen inferomedial to right lobe of thyroid ?

Nodules: it looks that you have a thyroid nodule most of them are benign few could be turn to cancer your doctor should follow you with a series of ultrasound to make sure it is not increasing in size some might start with fine needle aspiration to obtain a sample of the nodule a procedure could be done in doctor office Hope this helps! thank you for using health tap good luck

Not significant: Subcentimeter thyroid nodule are very common, 40-50 % of people have them on US, not significant. Make sure your TSH and FT4 are normal.
