Use a Journal: Some people loose their appetite when depressed or under stress. Most of the time we underestimate (or overestimate) what we eat. if you want to be sure, keep a food diary and journal everything you eat. Consider checking your thyroid levels. Hyperthyroid patients can eat a lot and still loose weight. hope this helps:)
