Negative HIV AgAb tests are 100% reliable more than 42-45 days after the last possible exposure, and the results overrule all symptoms and exposure history. No matter how high the risk at the time exposure or how typical of ARS symptoms might be, your test proves you do not have HIV. Something else is causing these symptoms, and they aren't typical of HIV anyway. See a doctor if they continue.
