Insomnia: You are doing the right things. Please include stopping stimulants such as tea, coffee, sugar after noon. Also stop work on any screens 1 hour before bed. Some folks find a small dose of melatonin 1 hour prior to bed time helpful but ask doc about that first. Peace and good health.
