Healthy diet: What you eat is the most important component of weight loss. There is no easy way to lose weight only dedication and discipline. Avoid simple sugars, sugary drinks, and eating closer than 2 hours before bed time. Eat 5 or six small meals throughout the day instead of one or two big ones. More of your calories should be consumed in the morning instead of the evening.
