Track food intake: There are many: i highly recommend writing down everything you eat. Start by focusing on a healthy breakfast to set each day on the right track. Set a goal of losing 5% of your body weight to improve your health. Get my physical activity (decide to park further away, take the stairs, walk around the block). Focus on 1 step at at time and stick with it as you add more steps.
