Another problem: That sounds like another problem. You could be hyperthyroid and need your medicine dose adjusted or may be another problem, insomnia, mania, medication side effect, etc. You should see your doctor.

Check hormone levels: If you have thyroiditis you may be dosed too high with thyroid hormone or may be experiencing acute thyroiditis with elevated levels of thyroid hormone.
