SLEEP: Is he obese, snorer, unhealthy bedtime snacker, smoker, excess alcohol drinking. A lot of factors, even depression, thyroid problems can trigger daytime tiredness despite appropriate amounts of sleep. Quality of sleep always trumps quantity...
