Quality and Quantiti: In general for a good rest it's equally important not only how long you sleep also quality of the sleep. Make sure you talk to your dr with more details. Mononucleosis can produce tiredness. Poor sleep, like sleep apnea/snorring can do too. Many medications can cause drowsiness too.
