Sleep apnea: Sleep apnea or some other condition affecting sleep quality jumps to mind in someone complaining of feeling tired & sleepy despite getting enough hours of sleep. Do you snore? Does your sleep partner report that you occasionally stop breathing (by definition, that's sleep apnea). Talk to your family doc about your concerns and ask for sleep study. Best to check blood for anemia & hypothyroidism.

Start with seeing your doctor and getting a check up and this will start you down the road of correct diagnosis and treatment.
