See your doctor: It certainly could be a lipoma, but also still could be a lymph node, depending on its location. It is better to get it checked out by your doctor to make sure it is nothing worrisome.

Need to seen a MD: you need to be sure that it is lipoma before you can discount it as benign. I would encourage you to see a provider and confirmed the diagnosis.
