You're OK!: Normal lymph nodes measure about 1 cm in size, and in young people like you, they are often felt. If you are not having symptoms like fevers, chills, and weight loss, you don't have lymphoma. You have normal, healthy lymph nodes doing what they are supposed to do! feel them and learn where they live. That way, you'll notice if they change! don't worry, you're ok.

Don't be: Asymptomatic lymph nodes that are soft and non tender and scanned with no evidence of pathology are frequent and of no concern.
