You're OK!: Normal lymph nodes measure about 1 cm in size, and in young people like you, they are often felt. If you are not having symptoms like fevers, chills, and weight loss, you don't have lymphoma. You have normal, healthy lymph nodes doing what they are supposed to do! feel them and learn where they live. That way, you'll notice if they change! don't worry, you're ok.

Don't be: Asymptomatic lymph nodes that are soft and non tender and scanned with no evidence of pathology are frequent and of no concern.

Are you supposed to be able to feel lymph nodes in neck? I can feel a few in my submandibular/submental regions. All are either 1cm or smaller. I've heard conflicting views on this. 25yo f. Healthy.
I have a feelable submandibular, submental and cervical lymph node. There all below half an inch in size and theyve never changed. Ive had them for 2 years. I'm also slim too and only 18. Could this be cancer or something such as Lyphoma?
