Probably: usually symptoms improve because medications are working. if you stop medication, will likely start again, and each time you stop/start, often more difficult to control, need higher doses or more medicine. so, if you are doing well, just need to maintain and enjoy life. it is a chemical imbalance, like low thyroid, your body will become depleted again without medicine and symptoms likely return.

Schizophrenia: It is essential to remain on your antipsychotic medication both to slow worsening of symptoms and to prevent further positive & negative psychotic symptoms.
