Can antipsychotics (olanzapine) cause permanent anhedonia and loss of motivation? can they aggravate negative symptoms associated with schizophrenia?

Possibly: When prescribed improperly -- and usually this is a dosage issue, or when prescribed without attention to alternative medicines -- they can result in such symptoms. But the symptoms are not permanent, and resolve when prescribed properly or when the medicine is discontinued.
