I have ulcerative colitis and chronic non-specific duodenitis.but my doc. treats me only for uc and not for duodenitis. any specific reason for it??

Ask your doctor: particularly if with symptoms from the duodenitis, be sure to ask your gastroenterologist since it is unclear whether or not you should be treated and depends on current medications, actual pathology from endoscopic biopsies, etc..
