No: Your best bet is to stop smoking marijuana. It isn't good for you for many reasons.

It may: If marijuana is believed to have caused you arrhythmias would suggest stopping using it other than treating the side effects of it. Always remember that all drugs have a variety of potential side effects and the beta blockers are no different.
