No Smoking: Smoking anything will expose you to combustion products including carbon monoxide which reduce delivery of oxygen to the eye. For this reason, i would advise against it. Even if you live in colorado or washington! don't smoke, period.

Unknown. Probabl not: To my knowledge there are no studies of long term marijuana consumption on the cardiac structures. If you have repaired tof then the effect should not be much different from someone without heart disease. But best to avoid any form of smoking or drug intake.
