TB can be treated, cured, and can be prevented in at risk people with medication

Tuberculosis: Koch's infection or tuberculosis is suggested by the X-ray. The final diagnosis would also include a skin test, review of history, sputum cultures and possible other tests trying to better identify the organism. Your husband needs immediate follow-up and consideration for initiating treatment.
