Rx AntiKoch ?: If this is a new finding and you are already started on the Antibiotic Treatment, then you may be able to continue working. It also depends on what kind of work you are doing. Assuming you are not symptomatic i.e. mainly coughing, & fever, Most importantly you must get clearance from your treating doctor.

IfUPostItOnFacebook: Here's a test for you. Go back to the doctor that ordered that x-ray and cough right in his face and see if he freaks-out. In other words, it depends on whether you are actively infected and coughing a lot and whether you've been treated for your Tuberculosis in the past or have just started medication and it's been over two weeks. So, after the doctor calms down, talk with him about all this.

Probably OK: Interesting terminology -- from this and other questions, apparently "Koch's infection" is frequently used in the Phillippines for tuberculosis. Anyway, there are two issues: 1) Your health: If not feeling sick, you can safely work. 2) Others' health: In close proximity to other persons and coughing, you might give them TB. But this won't last long after starting appropriate treatment.
