Target heart rate: You are doing a good job. As long as heart rate reaches 160 you met the target. You have a healthy heart

Healthy: Your heart is a muscle and the more you work it (in a good way like exercise). The stronger it gets. So keep working out.

Healthy: Go for it. Your heart rate is a reflection of the intensity of your work outs. High heart rate equates with high intensity. Just be careful, it also puts you at risk of "overdoing it" with the potential of hurting yourself or worse, burning out and not wanting to exercise. Good job though.
