Unclear question: Do you mean heart rate at rest or while engaging in long distance running during pregnancy? Pregnancy per se would not make your heart rate go up. If you are no longer an active runner, your resting heart rate would go up some due to lack of conditioning, with or without pregnancy. For the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of an obstetrician. Wish you good health!
