Back ache and golf: In this area, if movement makes the symptoms worse, it may be related to your muscles back there. They may be weaker at your age depending on your activities. Strong, flexible paraspinal muscles are certainly what McIlroy uses to hit so hard. Perhaps some mild stretching or strengthening with your physio is a good idea. Cheers!
