Lyrica (pregabalin): Curious what the Lyrica (pregabalin) was being used for to start with. The symptoms you are describing are those that are often treated with Lyrica (pregabalin), & therefore coming off of it would cause those symptoms to return. Otherwise the hand/forearm symptoms would be common to be carpal tunnel syndrome or other mono/neuropathy of the arms. More golf & computer use would be risk factors for these & tendinitis.
