Orthopedic exam: you may have a torn carilage or knee tendon. Call for an orthopedic evaluation and do not ignore these symtoms.

Fluid in the knee: Mostly likely you have fluid in the knee. Is the problem in only one knee?Did it begin after a trauma? Do get checked for a cause, for changes you may need to make in your training program or movement mechanics, and to work out an appropriate treatment plan. In the meantime, apply local ice to the knee to see if that helps the range of motion, and avoid activities that make it worse.
