Overuse inflamation: If you over use your joints with strenuous activity even at your young age you may have soreness and pain! If you develop swelling, hotness, or other more serious symptoms you should seek medical attention! But from what you describe, just slow down and rest your joints, ice after activity! Or stop that particular activity all together! We need to pace ourselves for the long term!
