I take buspar (buspirone) 10 mg once daily for anxiety for 24 days, have had 4 panic attacks in the last week what should i do? start taking it twice a day??

Call the doctor: Call the prescribing physician. Don't change the dose on your own.

Buspirone: You can discuss with your prescriber whether your panic attacks are, technically, panic attacks; if so, buspirone is unlikely to work. You may also discuss the exceptionally low dose that you've been prescribed, and whether you should increase it or switch.
