Medications interact: Zzzquil is Diphenhydramine 50 mg, an antihistamine. In combo with Zoloft, BusPar (buspirone), (buspirone) Ativan and/or Klonopin it may increase dizziness, drowsiness, difficulty concentrating. Zoloft and BusPar (buspirone) increase serotonin and rarely may cause serious serotonin syndrome in which case seek immediate medical attention. Sleep hygiene is best for sleep with meds as necessary, Work with prescriber, Best regards.

This is very good advice. Don't let the meds be your focus. Talking, understanding, gaining life skills, getting help with situations, learning sleep hygiene. Best wishes.
