Medications interact: Zzzquil is Diphenhydramine 50 mg, an antihistamine. In combo with Zoloft, BusPar (buspirone), (buspirone) Ativan and/or Klonopin it may increase dizziness, drowsiness, difficulty concentrating. Zoloft and BusPar (buspirone) increase serotonin and rarely may cause serious serotonin syndrome in which case seek immediate medical attention. Sleep hygiene is best for sleep with meds as necessary, Work with prescriber, Best regards.

Please have a sleep study prescribed by your Dr. Your medication should be managed by your Psychiatrist. It is not recommended to use Ativan for sleep. If you are not confident in your Psychiatrist please see another for a second opinion. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to evaluate your problems and help you.
