Be patient: How much you will continue to grow depends on genetics (how tall your parents are) and whether the growth plates in your bones have matured. Many people keep getting taller until they are about 22 years old. A healthy diet and exercise will make you more fit, but the other factors will determine your ultimate height.

Unlikely...: According to your info, you are a 17 year old female. In women, the growth plates usually close within 2 years of the onset of menses. The major growth spurt occurs even before that time. At 17, no matter what you eat, you are likely not going to be getting any taller.

You can't: Seja, growth rate is determined by several factors, the most important of which are genetics and nutrition. Be sure to eat a varied and complete diet, but there is no way to increase your growth rate for a specific period of time. Hope this helps!

At 17, not likely: Since you probably had your growth spurt, it is hightly unlikely that you could add 2-4 inches in a short time
