Call a friend: Anxiety is overwhelming. You can feel so alone. So scared and so helpless, you are not, however. Take control of the situation and your disease. You are a fantastic person and can control this. Learn to deep breathe when the attacks occur. Plan with a friend/family member when your anxiety comes that you can contact them. Many insurances have a nurses hotline you can contact. Use it. Good luck!
