at work earlier i had pvcs they lasted for a min or two i had alot back to back had a tightness in my chest and felt like i couldn't breathe i do have anxiety should i be worried?

Arrythmia: You need to go to see your doctor. You need baseline EKG and 24 hour holter monitor. You also need to check thyroid panel . electrolytes ( potassium,magnesium ) ,Urine toxscreen as well.

Pvc: if you know you have PVCs better to be checked soon with a Holter or event recorder to see what is going on during these symptoms. Your electrophysiologist may also want to do other tests.
