I just increased my lexapro (escitalopram) to 20mg in the am and i take 50 mg of trazadone in the pm. i start getting anxiety (chest tightness) around am?

Lexapro (escitalopram): If the increase was from 10mg. U might back off by 5mg. & slowly go up as tolerated, but please inform your prescribing doctor first.
