Yes: How did you sleep last night? Exhaustion often triggers anxiety. Anxiety comes and goes and has to do with our general health and with our perceptions. Yoga, meditation, regular sleep and a nutritious diet are all antidotes for anxiety. Journaling can also be helpful and cognitive behavioral therapy is also helpful.
