Test/self isolate: If you have shortness of breath, please have an evaluation. You are at risk for COVID 19, and please seek screening. Monitor your temperature, drink fluids, and rest. Self isolate until well and for at least 14 days/3 days without fever whichever is longer, if positive. Watch for signs of distress.
