If you are experiencing shortness of breath, you need to be evaluated. You should go to an urgent care or an emergency room so you can be evaluated. Your oxygen levels need to be checked and if you are having bronchospasm, this needs to be treated. There is no way to know if this is anxiety without being evaluated first. Good luck to you!

Seeking timely medical attention is advisable for your current symptoms, anxiety is usually accompanying unexplained symptoms, if related or not to inhaled feathers (rather unlikely) remains to be determined.
