Not my first choice: For my pts, i would recommend the prima bella wrist band fda approved, or zofran or recently approved diclegis, in my opinion all of those are safer and better than Phenergan (promethazine) tablets and if any of my pts need Phenergan (promethazine) cause the other meds don't work then they always use the rectal suppositories cause they are too sick to keep the pills down, please discuss with your ob.
