CDC bmi: ideally somewhere between 120 and 145 .focus on healthfulness and not on numbers. realize that your mind may be your worst enemy and that what it is perceiving as fat or thin may be flawed. our minds are very powerful and to change perceptive stuff takes time and commitment. work on moderate thoughts and moderate behavior. work on mindful eating relative to healthy food not on calories.
