I have had a very difficult time gaining weight and size . i have tried everything . i am currently 25 years old and weigh only 145 pounds. i would like to get on testosterone or a type of steroid to help my growth ?

Consult nutritionist: Testosterone and androgenic steroids are only indicated if you lack your own testosterone. Taking steroids just for purpose of gaining weight is both unwise and dangerous. You have not reported your height which should be of no cocern as long as you are 5ft 9in or less. Weight training plus healthy diet is excellent way to produce muscle growth. Good Luck

BMI: How tall are you? If your BMI is more than 18.5, there is no need to gain weight. You will gain weight as you grow older and will look back fondly at this time when you could ear and not get fat.
