PVCs: PVCs come and go - their density is variable. Healthy people get them-they don't mean you have heart disease. Avoiding caffeine, pseudoephedrine, nicotine and getting rest and avoiding stress can help, but if they persist, you may need suppressive medication. If needed, flecainide is very effective. You have decide which is worse: PVCs or taking meds every day --- ?

Pvc : Have you had an exercise test done. If your PVCs increase during exercise, this is not normal. How was your Holter and how frequent were PVCs ? You may need further testing
