No clear answer: The best exercise is the type that does not induce symptoms and one that you'll consistently complete. Otherwise, there really is no evidence that any particular form of exercise is better for those with cardiac syndrome X. Any form of exercise is good for vascular health and may help with some elements of "visceral hypersensitivity" - as in sensitivity to "inside body" pain.
