No: Vitamin D is fat soluble, along w/vitamins A, E & K. So taking a bunch at once is no better than taking same amount spread out over time. The only reason 10,000 weekly might be better than 1,000 daily is that latter is equivalent to just 7,000 weekly. But it has nothing to do w/being better or worse for stomach. Do get your levels checked so you know you're getting enough.
