Use it: You can develop these pathways by exercising them, which depends on the activity you are trying to improve. You can improve them using repetitive skill-based exercises appropriate for those pathways: for example memory or mental calculation exercises, or golf swing exercises. Hope that helps.

Every day we are learning more about the chemistry and physics of how connections are made (and not made) Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation has been around for 3 decades and is still considered to be in its infancy. In general if you want to get better at doing something you practice over and over.
