Probably not kidneys: Low back pain is most often from the muscles or spine. Kidney pain is more in the mid-back. If your urine is not infected then the pain is probably not from your kidneys. I would suggest seeing your doctor or a chiropractor for further assessment of your back pain. Once they know the source they can recommend treatment.
