Since few days i'm having pains in my lower abdomen and sometimes around hipbone area(i guess around kidney) and i feel pain in my back if i hold my urine for long time and it burns when i pee(sometimes) and my pee is red when i urinate @2-3 or 4am?

Sounds like a urinary tract infection - either bladder or (more seriously) kidney. Need to see a physician and (probably) begin an antibiotic
