Dr's have tested cbc and urine test, all normal. why do i have lower back pain that hurts even on my waist? this is not spinal. i have had a herniated disk before and know that pain. this is dull pain. i've had it for 1 month. frustrated.

A urine test: and a CBC have very little use in the evaluation of the back pain you are experienced. It would seem to me, (my opinion only) that IMAGING is required (at your age) to evaluate your lower back! Hope this helps! Dr Z
