20 year old female. lower back pain and on and off pelvic ache. urine sample tested positive for wbcs and some blood. what could this be?

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what you described suggests a urinary infection. Wish you good health!
