Dry eyes.how long can preservative free eye drop vial be used? leaflet says discard after one time use. some doc say 1 day, some say save for 48 hrs.

Drops: My advice is that they can be used for 24 hours. Eye drops are tricky because it is easy to introduce an infection. Better to be safe than sorry!
