35yr.very dry eyes.i have been taking treating since 3days but no improvement(right eye worse).today when i got up right eye was little blur which became fine in 10mins.no change in power.doc says eyes are fine.will i lose eyesight.i use laptop a lot?

Vision: What type of doctor did you see? General physician or eye doctor? Were you told you had dry eye syndrome? You haven't told us diagnosis or which medication you are being treated with. If you saw an eye doctor - they should be able to do a thorough evaluation of your eyes and to rule out serious conditions that could cause loss of sight.
