It might be...: Tension headaches usually have a description of "tight vice-grip" feeling along the forehead. Many things can mimic this including dehydration, menses, stress, infection, and inflammatory syndromes. Medications can also do this. Go see your doctor and get checked out.

Eye Possibilities: There are many possible causes for headache in this area, and I agree with getting a general medical exam as well as possible neurology. It is useful to also get an eye exam to rule simple causes such as eyestrain related to uncorrected refractive error and other causes specific to the eye such as ocular or orbital inflammation, and ocular alignment problems. The exam may help direct the work up.
