Dry eyes?: If your vision fluctuates frequently throughout the day, it is suggestive of dry eyes. All the pain you are having are also consistent with dry eyes. However, you need to at least make sure that there is nothing else going on with your general health and your eyes. You should see your regular md and / or an eye md.

Get checked: Your symptoms could range from migraine to sinus problems but i would get a good exam to make sure everything is ok.
